Minimalist eight storey renovation

We worked with the developer of this property to do a floor-to-wall renovation of an old eight story residential tower block. Despite space being a commodity premium in this neighbourhood, our team still managed to increase the bedroom count by 30% and added further value by making all bedrooms en suite.
